DEFINTITIONS:

SHOW QUALITY: A KITTEN/CAT WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF GOOD PERFORMANCE AT A CAT SHOW. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEE.

BREEDER QUALITY: A KITTEN/CAT WITH QUALITY THAT ARE VALUABLE TO A BREEDING PROGRAM. IF BY THE AGE OF 2 YEARS OLD THIS CAT HAS NOT PRDUCED ANY OFF SPRING. THE CAT MAYBE RETURN AND ANOTHER CAT OF EQUAL QUALITIES WILL BE GIVEN TO THE BUYER, WHEN AVAILABLE. IN MOST CASES NO MONEY WILL BE RETURN.

PET QUALITY: ARE LOVING COMPANION FOR THE FAMILY WITH THE BENGAL LOOKS. DOES NOT MEET THE STANDERS OF A SHOW CAT. THE CAT WILL NOT BE BREED.

1. UNDER NO CIRCUMTANES WILL THIS KITTEN/CAT BE PERMIT TO ROAM FREELY OUTDOORS.

2. THE KITTEN/CAT SHOULD NOT BE DECAWED. (SEE WHY HERE )

3 Buyer agrees that no stud service will be done with the male, only registered bengal femals owned by or leased
the buyer maybe breed to this male.  No co-owend cats are permitted to be bred to male either.
Buyer also agrees that this said breeding cat will only be bred to TICA
registered Bengals. No out cross breeding with a Dreampaws cat is permitted. Cat cannot be sold to a third party as a breeder at any time the cat must be spayed/neutered before they go to their new home.

4. THE BUYER IS CONTRATED TO PROVIDE A LIFETIME HOME FOR THIS KITTEN/CAT. IF THE BUYER CAN NOT KEEP THE KITTEN/CAT FOR AN UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES THE SELLER MUST BE NOTIFIED AND HAS THE FIRST RIGHTS TO RE-PURCHASE THE CAT/KITTEN AT THE PRICE NOT HIGHER THEN THE ORIGINAL SELLING PRICE. The cat can not be sold as a breeder.

5. IF THE KITTEN/CAT IS CAGED THAT WILL GIVE AMPLE EXERCISE TO THE KITTEN/CAT.

6. THE BUYER AGRESS NOT TO SELL,LEASE,ABANDON OR GIVE THIS KITTEN/CAT OR ANY OF IT'S OFFSPRINGS TO ANY PET SHOP,RESEARCH FACILITY,ANIMAL SHELTER OR SIMILAR FACILITY.

7. THE BUYER AGRESS TO KEEP THE KITTEN/CAT CLEAN,HEALTHY, AND FREE OF PARASITES,FREE OF STRESS AN HARASSMENT,AND WILL BE WELL NOURISHED. THE CAT/KITTEN MUST HAVE REGULAR VETERINARIAN CHECKS. THE ANNUAL VACCINATIONS MUST BE KEPT UP TO DATE.

8. This cat is not guaranteed against cosmetic faults, i.e. tail fault , lockets or color change. A cosmetic
fault does not preclude the cat from being bred as it is not a health issue..

9. IF THE KITTEN/CAT IS FOUND TO BE NEGLECTED OR MISTREATED, THE BUYER WILL SURRENDER THE KITTEN/CAT TO THE SELLER WITHOUT ANY REFUND OF THE SELLING PRICE OR ANY OTHER COMPENSATION.

10.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THIS KITTEN/CAT OR ANY OF IT'S OFFSPRING BE SOLD, LEASED,OR GIVEN TO ANY PET SHOP, RESEARCH LABORATORY OR SIMILAR FACILTY, OR ABANDONED OR PLACED IN AN ANIMAL SHELTER OR SIMILAR FACILTY.

11. The seller guarantees fertility in this breeding animal with the exception of problems caused by
pyometria which the breeder has no control over. If this cat has not produced viable offspring by the age
of 2 years, after being serviced by at least two proven studs or queens which ever the case, the Seller
agrees to replace one time only the cat with one of equal value upon proof of spay/neuter by a licensed
veterinary at Seller’s first opportunity. Seller does have the right to attempt to breed the cat on a
Dreampaws Bengal cat before a replacement, for proof of infertility.

BUYER'S SIGATURE INDIATES FULL UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT OF ALL THE TERMS AND CONITIONS OF THE SALE.
