Dreampaws Bengal's Pet and breeder Contract

Purchaser agrees to the following:
1.) Under no circumstances will this cat/kitten be sold, leased or given away, or sold to any pet
shop, research laboratory or similar facility. Buyer MUST contact Seller if they can no longer keep
said cat/kitten. This cat/kitten will be keep indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside.
2.) All pet cat/kittens will be altered before leaving for their new homes.
3.) Kittens are held by deposit only and deposits are non-refundable. The balance on all kittens is
due before going to its new home. Kittens can go to a new home at 12 weeks of age.
4.) Quoted prices on cats/kittens do NOT include shipping charges. No cash refunds and all deposit
are non-refundable. There is a $5.00 boarding fee per day if you do not pick up your kitten on the
agreed date. Any sold kitten not picked up by the age of 12 weeks will be charged a $5.00 per day
boarding fee.
5.) Seller reserves the right to refuse the sale of any cat/kitten at any given time until cat/kitten has
been placed in their new home. If sale is refused then any money paid on said cat/kitten will be
returned and this contract will be null and void.
6.) . All shipping and costs associated with shipping shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
7.) Seller guarantees fertility of this female. If by 2 years of age she has not gotten pregnant after being bred by two proven males,
she will be replaced by a female of equal or greater value at sellers first opportunity.
8.) We do not recommend vaccinating your kitten with the FIP, FIV, or FELV vaccines. These vaccines are not proven to be void of health risks.
If purchaser decides to give this kitten any of the above vaccinations, the seller shall not be held responsible in any way. No replacement will be given.
9.)If purchaser has other cats/kittens, the new kitten will be placed in quarantine for a minimum of one week.
Exposure to other animals during this time voids health guarantee.
10.)The kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health at time of sale. It is the buyers responsibility to have the kitten examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours. This is done at the buyers own expense. If this kitten is found to have an untreatable or life threatening disease that is felt to have been contracted at the sellers home (documentation required by a licensed veterinarian), seller will replace this kitten with another of equal or greater value at the sellers first opportunity. Please note that when transporting kittens that illness may result due to stress. Seller will not be responsible for illnesses or to cover the cost associated with such.
11.). Buyer agrees to care for the kitten with the proper diet, housing, health, and general care, including maintaining up to date vaccines and proper parasite prevention.
12.)Breeding Cat cannot be sold or leased to a third party at any time.
13.) No breeding cats will be placed or sold as breeders, but will be altered beforehand by buyer, once the buyer is finished with said cat in their breeding program to a suitable and loving pet home , if said cat is not being kept as a pet Dreampaws will have the first choice to buy the the kitten/cat back at the selling price of the kitten/cat.
13.). If this cat is found to be neglected or mistreated, the purchaser will surrender the cat to Dreampaws Bengal's, unconditionally.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
Health is guaranteed for a period of 72 hours from the time the kitten leaves the possession of the
seller. To validate this guarantee, you must take the cat/kitten to your veterinarian (at Buyers
expense) within this said time. If the cat/kitten is found after such examination to have any type of
life threatening problem it may be returned and a replacement kitten offered as available. All
shipping expenses from the date of sale are the responsibility of the Buyer. If the cat/kitten is
returned to the breeder, the cat/kitten must be tested for FIP, FIV, and FelV at Buyers expense.
Once the cat/kitten leaves the possession of the breeder (Dreampaws Bengal's, Terri Johnson)
cannot be held responsible for any veterinary bills or charges incurred on said cat/kitten.
Should the cat/kitten die within one year of age as a result of a congenital defect (unknown at time
of sale), said cat/kitten will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed
veterinarian and a vets’ certificate is provided showing proof of cause of death. A replacement
kitten of comparable quality and value, as available, will be made at the discretion of the
breeder/seller. There are no cash refunds.
This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. It applies only to the Buyer and the Seller in
this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties
In the event of default; the Buyer will be legally liable for any and all attorney fees and or collection
fees and all related costs necessary to resolve this matter. It is also agreed that any legal matters
pertaining to this contract will be held in the State of Florida

This is a full contract, all the conditions are in writing and signed by the buyer.
No other agreements implied or verbal would apply.
This contract is legally binding to both parties involved, buyer and seller named , and is not transferable.
If the purchaser sells cat/kitten to a third party, all guarantees are null and void.
